CITIZEN'S CHARTER 2014

The Citizen's Charter of the Income Tax Department is a declaration of its Vision, Mission and Standards of Service Delivery. For ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery standards, the Citizen's Charter has been regularly reviewed in 2007, 2010 and then in 2014 after extensive consultation with all the stakeholders across the country. The new Citizen’s Charter 2014 was released on 29th April 2014.
